Mr. Collins

Father of Wes Collins, Mr. Collins continues to live in Silver Hills.  He also continues his business ways with his ownership of the Silver Guardians.  When Zedd begins his conquest of Earth, Mr. Collins soon realizes that he may be able to help the many rangers out by using BioLab's many resources.

Mrs. Fairweather Rawlings & Captain Mitchell

Mrs. Fairweather Rawlings continues to help out the city of Mariner Bay with her genius by assisting with a BioEngineering company.  Captain Mitchell, however, has been busy leading the reconstruction of the Aqua Base.  With the Base nearly finished, the Captain knows that when Zedd reappears, the Aqua Base would be needed once again.

Karone, former Pink Galaxy Ranger

Still living on Miranoi, Karone is engaged with Leo and she couldn't be happier.  When the transmission comes from Earth, she decides to go with the five rangers to see what she can do.

Alex, Commander of Time Force

Alex is the Commander of Time Force in the year 3000.  He sends the rangers back in time once he realizes that thier current timeline is being erased by Zedd's actions.

Mike, former Magna Defender

Sill a resident of Miranoi, Mike must stay behind when the transmission comes from Earth.  He is unaware of Maya's condition and so, doesn't see a problem with her going to Earth to help out with the battle against Zedd.

Deacon

A mysterious figure from a far away planet, Deacon will become a very influential force in the InterGalactic War.  He will eventually lead Tommy, Rocky, Kimberly, Katherine, Adam, and Billy to harness their Morphin Warrior powers.

Phantom Ranger

A face from the past, Phantom Ranger returns to Earth to help the different teams of rangers in their struggle against Zedd's Dynasty of Darkness.

The Blue Senturion

Blue Senturion returns from battling evil doers in space when he comes to help the rangers out during their struggle with Zedd and his Dynasty.  He returns with his Senturion Rover.
