Central Villain -
Emperor Zedd

After the energy wave from Zordon's energy tube reverted him to his
former human self, the darkness and evil that was Zedd didn't completely
leave. It remained in his subconscious. Over four years, the
darkness was able to overcome the good side of his human self and Zedd
returned to his old self. However, because his old form was
destroyed by the energy wave, Zedd needed a powerful energy source to
have a new form. After getting his hands on a powerful crystal, he
infused himself with it to become the Emperor Zedd. |
Princess Astronema

After Zedd arrives to the moon with his brand new Royal Palace, he
orders the cloning of the human Karone, using her DNA. Zedd
reprograms this clone's mind to know only that he is her father and that
she is his heir. Serving under her father without dispute,
Astronema thrives to conquer planets in her father's name. |

Lord
Algotha
the Merciless

A being of massive power, Zedd sought out the ruthless fighter known
as Algotha as soon as he had his body back. Using his new powers,
he persuaded Algotha to join his army and now, Algotha leads Zedd's new
armies against the rangers. |
Master
Org

As the InterGalactic Saga begins, Master Org is engrossed with his
battle with the rangers and he sees no sense in getting involved with
Zedd or Zedd's plans. However, as the Saga unfolds, Zedd and
Master Org's paths will cross and the results will be devastating.
Jindrax
& Toxica

Still following Master Org, Toxica and Jindrax keep their eyes open
as they watch Zedd's scheming against the many rangers across the
world. The two Duke Orgs soon realize that it would be better to
serve Zedd than Master Org. |
Deviot

Thought to be dead, Deviot returns in the InterGalactic Saga as a
loyal subject to Emperor Zedd. Along with Lord Algotha, Deviot
makes up the leading generals of Zedd's newly built army. |
Diabolico

After Zedd returns with great power, he opens a portal to that
Shadow World and releases Diabolico. His only condition is that
Diabolico serve him with absolute loyalty. Realizing the advantage
presented, Diabolico accepts. |
Frax

Left broken in many pieces by both Ransik and the Time Force
Rangers, Zedd orders Frax's remains brought to his new palace where he
orders his two scientific specialists to rebuild and reprogram Frax to
serve him. |
Captain Mutiny

Believed to be destroyed by Trakeena when he escaped the Lost
Galaxy, Captain Mutiny and Barbarax escaped to join Zedd's Dynasty as
the InterGalactic Saga begins. |
|
Demon Hunter

One of the most lethal warriors in the known universe, Astronema
calls on Demon Hunter's services to help her destroy the Space Rangers
and he nearly does as well. |
Demon Hunter's
Carnage Zords

Originally designed and built for a team of Power Rangers on a
distant planet, Demon Hunter reprogrammed each of them and he uses them
as his Carnage Zords. Together, they are nearly invincible. |
Hexuba

Believed to have been destroyed by the Galaxy Rangers, Zedd
resurrects her from the dead to become a War Lord in Zedd's Dynasty of
Darkness.
|
Prince Gasket and
Archerina

Gasket and Archerina were two of the only evil doers in the universe
that survived Zordon's energy wave. When Zedd rises to power, they
decide to join his Dynasty as War Lords.
